店内はこんな感じです。
シンプルですが好感が持てます。

It is simple, but the atmosphere is pleasant.

どんなカレーが来るのかな？ わくわく。
I was excited to see what kind of curry would come.

見よ！これがウワサの「焼きカリー」です！
石焼きビビンバのカレー版（？）。
おこげがなんとも言えないような、食べにくいような。アツアツでした。
インドカレーって、おいしいですよね！
ここは、存分にインドカレーを味わえるお店。焼きたてナンも絶品です。

･･･その後、判明したところによると･･･。
実は「焼きカリー」の器は、“石”ではなく、“土鍋”なのだそうです。
RAKUTAの近くにお住まいの椎名勇さんという陶作家さんにお願いして“焼きカリー”のために作って頂いた物だとのこと。
それにしても土鍋とは驚きました。

その後、お店のお隣にテラス席が増築され、店内は禁煙となったそうです。
タバコの煙が苦手なカオリにとっては、かなりポイント高いです。
This is the famous “Yaki Curry” (baked curry).
It is like a stone-grilled bibimbap, but with curry.
The scorched rice at the bottom has a special texture. It is a little hard to eat, but it tastes very good. It is also very hot.
You can enjoy Indian curry here, and the freshly baked naan is also very good.

Later, I learned something new about the dish.
The container for the baked curry is not stone, but an earthenware pot.
A local ceramic artist, Mr. Isamu Shiina, who lives near RAKUTA, made it especially for this curry.
I was surprised to know it was earthenware.

Later, the restaurant added terrace seats next to the building and made the inside non-smoking.
I do not like cigarette smoke, so this change is very good for me.

（カオリの注目ポイント） (Kaori’s Highlights)

焼きカレーのほかにも美味しいカレーがたくさんあります。
真っ白に塗られたお店は、那須街道を走っていても必ず目に付きます。
店内の雰囲気も、さり気なさの中に居心地の良さを感じられてグッド。
これだけハイセンスなカレー屋さんも珍しいのではないでしょうか。
雰囲気作りにペンキを巧く使っている好例として、 NASU SHOZO CAFEさんと同じくらいに注目したいカレー屋さんです。
In addition to the baked curry, there are many other tasty curries on the menu.
The white exterior is easy to notice when you drive along the Nasu highway.
Inside, the simple décor creates a comfortable atmosphere.
It is a stylish curry restaurant.
It is also a good example of how paint can create a nice atmosphere, and I pay as much attention to it as to NASU SHOZO CAFE.
