661STREET is designed like an American resort-style shopping park.
When you drive along the Nasu Highway, a stylish block suddenly appears and you may think, “What is this place?” It is a good spot to stop.

那須リゾートショッピングパーク661ST.1

I heard that the concept is an American resort shopping park.
When you drive along the Nasu Highway, this stylish area suddenly appears and you will probably think, “What is this place?”

Inside the shops, you can find original salad dressings made in Nasu.

Many shops are full of accessories and small goods.
They are only separated by short stairways, so it feels like all the shops are connected in one space.

You can discover something new just by strolling around and browsing.

We took a photo outside the shops.

注目

There is a corner that sells alcoholic drinks, including some rare imported beers, so beer lovers may want to look there.
The beer in the photo above is a Belgian beer called “Delirium Tremens.” I bought it at the 661STREET liquor section.
“Delirium Tremens” is Latin for “trembling from alcohol addiction,” and its symbol is a pink elephant. It has an alcohol content of 8.5%, which is very strong for beer.
Several other animals also appear on the label. The idea is that if you drink too much, you will see hallucinations of pink elephants, crocodiles, dragons, and birds in that order.
This beer also has an unusual story. Brewers made it in 1988 at the request of the Italian Prime Minister when he was staying in Belgium, and at first they exported it only to Italy.
