キャンドルハウス シュシュでは、初心者でも気軽にキャンドル作りに挑戦できる体験教室が開かれています。
あらかじめ用意されたコースの中から作りたいデザインを選び、色や香りも自分好みにアレンジ。
旅の思い出として、世界にひとつだけのオリジナルキャンドルを作ってみませんか。
Hello, this is Kaori.
At Candle House Chouchou, even first-time visitors can easily join a candle making workshop.
You choose a course, decide the design, and select the colors and scents you like.
You can make your own unique candle as a souvenir of your trip.

シュシュでは初心者でも予約なしで、手作りキャンドル教室に参加できます。
Even beginners can join the candle making class at Chouchou without a reservation.
あらかじめ決められたコースから、作りたいものを決めます。
First, you choose what you want to make from several preset courses.
カオリは３０分でできるクイックコースを選択。
それでは始めましょう。
I chose the quick course that takes about 30 minutes.
Then I started the workshop.
ガラスのパーツをコップの中に配置して。
I arranged small glass parts inside the cup.
透明なロウから色を付けたロウ、アロマオイルと順番に入れていきます。
Then I poured in clear wax, colored wax, and aroma oil in order.
時間が経つとロウが馴染んでできあがり。
自分たちで作ったキャンドルに火を付けて楽しむのは何となく優雅な気分。
アロマオイルの優しい香りが漂います。
After a while, the wax sets and the candle is ready.
When you light a candle you made yourself, it feels a bit luxurious.
The gentle aroma from the oil fills the room.

自分でキャンドルが作れるという、体験型の面白味があります。
子供と一緒に挑戦するのも良い経験になります。
しかも、それを持ち帰って、火を点けてまた楽しめちゃう。
