This wooden house is about 100 years old, moved from Fukushima Prefecture and rebuilt as a gallery and salon.
Its warm interior and simple design make it a quiet hidden spot in Nasu.

内部はギャラリーになっています。
Inside, the rooms are used as a gallery.
料理教室（北イタリア家庭料理のフルコース！）も開催されていますが、１週間前までに電話で予約が必要です。
They also hold cooking classes with full-course northern Italian home-style dishes.
You must reserve by phone at least one week in advance.

ご主人の宮地さんの本業は建築家で月曜日から水曜日は都心へ通い、木曜日から日曜日はイタリアンシェフとして自宅でレストランを開いています。
三陸の魚河岸の魚介類と地元産の無農薬野菜を使った北イタリアの田舎料理を食べさせてくれます。
まさに那須高原の別荘族あこがれの生活ですね！
ちなみにＧ＆Ｓはギャラリーアンドサローネの略だそうです。

From Thursday to Sunday, he works as an Italian chef and opens a restaurant in his home.
He serves simple northern Italian dishes made with seafood from the Sanriku fish market and local pesticide-free vegetables.
