G&S MIYACHI1
On a small side road off Nasu Kaido, a stone monument on the right marks the way to G&S MIYACHI.
This wooden house is about 100 years old, moved from Fukushima Prefecture and rebuilt as a gallery and salon.
Its warm interior and simple design make it a quiet hidden spot in Nasu.

(Kaori's Highlights)

The owners use this old house well and have created a simple, comfortable space.
The building is about 100 years old and was moved from Fukushima Prefecture, so it feels nostalgic and very Japanese.
Sometimes fashion and architecture magazines introduce this place.
The owner, Mr. Miyachi, works as an architect in the city from Monday to Wednesday.
From Thursday to Sunday, he works as an Italian chef and opens a restaurant in his home.
He serves simple northern Italian dishes made with seafood from the Sanriku fish market and local pesticide-free vegetables.
This lifestyle is a dream for many people who own villas in Nasu.
"G&S" is short for "Gallery and Salone".
