湯津上村という、普通はあまり観光客が行かないような場所に天鷹酒造さんはあります。
お酒好きの人々の間では昨今、蔵元を訪れることがブームになっているため、専用のスペースが設けられています。
Tentaka Sake Brewery is in Yuzukamimura, which is not a usual sightseeing spot.
Visiting breweries is now popular among sake fans, so this brewery has prepared a special area for visitors.

「本日の試飲」には、いろいろな種類が書いてありました。
どれがおいしそうかな？（あまり飲むと酔っちゃいそう）
The “Today’s Tasting” board listed many kinds of sake.
I wondered which one would taste best. If I drank too much, I might get tipsy.

最新の試飲マシーンまで導入されていて、何だかハイテクな雰囲気。
常時１５種類以上のお酒を試飲できるそうです。
They even have a modern tasting machine, so the place feels high-tech.
You can sample more than 15 types of sake at any time.

どれも美味しそうで迷ってしまいます。
蔵元ならではの搾りたて限定酒も入手することができます。
All the sake looked good, so it was hard to choose.
You can also buy freshly pressed limited-edition sake that is only sold at this brewery.

日本酒は酵母の種類や水など、同じお米でも様々な条件によって、微妙に味が変わる、大変に面白いお酒だということを教えて頂きました。
また、買いに行きたいと感じました。
I learned that sake is an interesting drink. Its flavor changes slightly because of factors such as yeast and water, even when it uses the same rice.
This visit made me want to come back and buy more.
