平成は、ＪＲ那須塩原駅前にあるおそば屋さんです。
Heisei is a soba restaurant in front of JR Nasushiobara Station.

カオリのお気に入りは月見そばです。
My favorite dish is tsukimi soba with an egg on top.

う～ん、手打ちのおそばがいいコシ出してます。
The handmade noodles are firm and chewy.

女性のお客様も意外と多いです。
There are many female customers too.

ＪＲ那須塩原駅では、夕方になると東京方面への新幹線が１時間に１本程度となってしまいます。
そのため、１本乗り遅れると待ち時間が非常に長くなってしまうのです。
そんな時にはこの平成さんが重宝です。
暖かい美味しいおそばを頂くと、身も心も温まるのです。
In the evening at JR Nasushiobara Station, Shinkansen trains for Tokyo come about once an hour.
If you miss a train, you have to wait for a long time.
At such times, Heisei is very convenient.

「普通にある駅前のお蕎麦屋さんかな？」という感覚で入店すると、意外と美味しいお蕎麦がいただけるので、きっと驚くことでしょう。
そのギャップが良いのか、妙に印象に残るお店です。
「新幹線待ちで他に入れる適当なお店がなかったので」という理由で入ったのでは申し訳けなかったなと思うくらい、本当に美味しいお店でビックリしました。
You may think it is just an ordinary soba shop in front of the station. However, the soba is very delicious and may surprise you.
This difference between your first impression and the real taste makes the restaurant easy to remember.
At first, I visited only because I had free time while I waited for the Shinkansen. However, the soba was so good that I was surprised and felt I had underestimated the restaurant.
