店内はもし都心にあったら連日大賑わい間違いなしと思われる、かなりお洒落な雰囲気。

After a meeting about a villa construction project, I went to have dinner at a cozy bar called “takemi.”
The interior is so stylish that if it were located in central Tokyo, it would surely be packed every night.
With playful design touches and delicious food and drinks, it feels like a hidden retreat for grown-ups.

ここは、カオリが建築をお願いしている建築士の
円谷さんが改装を手掛けられたお店です。
元々は中華料理屋さんだった店舗を、息子さんに頼まれてお酒処に改装したということです。
This place was renovated by the architect
Mr. Tsumuraya, who is also in charge of my villa project.
The building was originally a Chinese restaurant, but he was asked by his son to transform it into a bar.
店内はもし都心にあったら連日大賑わい間違いなしと思われる、かなりお洒落な雰囲気です。
カオリは一目で気に入ってしまいました。
The interior has such a stylish atmosphere that, if it were in a big city, I’m sure it would be crowded every night.
I fell in love with it at first sight.
お店の奥は洞窟のような造りになっています。
遊び心が感じられるニクイ演出です。
敢えて広告などは一切出さず、口コミと紹介だけで営業していく方針だとのこと。
この雰囲気なら、きっと多くの方々がリピータになってしまうことでしょう。
The back of the restaurant is designed like a cave.
It’s a delightful touch that really shows a playful spirit.
I heard they don’t run any advertisements and rely only on word-of-mouth and recommendations.
With this atmosphere, I’m sure many guests will become repeat customers.

店舗の雰囲気作りが上手くて、寛ぎを感じます。
お酒処はやっぱり、“美味しくお酒が飲める雰囲気”が大切ですよね。

酒飲みの気持ちがわかる建築家にお酒処の設計をお願いするというのは、それはもう「これ以上頼もしいものはない」という感じです。
「美味しいものを提供して、お客さんを喜ばせたい」という、店主の素直な気持ちが感じられるお料理やお酒も魅力。
雰囲気の良さと相まって、大変に評判の良いお店です。

Mr. Tsumuraya, an architect who loves good drinks, design the place was the perfect choice.
Entrusting a bar’s design to someone who really understands how drinkers feel is about as reassuring as it gets.
The food and drinks also reflect the owner’s sincere wish to “serve delicious things and make guests happy.”
Combined with the great atmosphere, it’s no wonder this place has such a good reputation.
