砂時計が落ちるのが待ち遠しいー。 They cover the pot with a warmer and let the tea steep for ten minutes.
Many guests watch the sand timer while they wait.

やっと１０分経って、紅茶を淹れて頂きます。
この伝統紅茶は、このあと何分経っても色が出過ぎるということが無く、いつまでも美味しく飲めるそうです。 After ten minutes the tea is ready.

シラバブは、白ワイン、オレンジ、レモン汁を生クリームと合わせ、冷やし固めたクリーミーなデザートです。
口の中に入れるとすーっと溶けて味だけ残る感じ。
こんなの食べたの初めてー。
美味しいー。
ちょっとずつ味わって食べよう。 Syllabub is a creamy dessert made from white wine, orange and lemon juice mixed with fresh cream and chilled.
It melts smoothly in your mouth and leaves a gentle flavor.
I had never eaten a dessert like this before.
It is very tasty, so I wanted to eat it slowly.
