こちらが那須でも人気の最高級の和牛を食べられるお店です。
This is a very popular restaurant in Nasu where you can enjoy some of the finest Wagyu beef.

事前に電話でメニューを予約したので、店内で選ぶのは飲み物のみでした。
カオリはもちろん、赤ワインを注文しました。
うーん、いい香り。
I reserved the menu by phone in advance, so the only thing to choose at the restaurant was the drink.
Naturally, I ordered a glass of red wine.
Mmm… such a wonderful aroma.

男性にはサーロイン、女性にはヒレステーキを提供してくださいます。
どちらも塩、こしょう、ニンニクのみのシンプルな味付けですが、肉本来の旨みが非常によく引き出されています。
美味しいぃー。
Men are served sirloin, while women receive filet steak.
Both are simply seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic, but this really brings out the natural flavor of the meat.
It’s incredibly delicious!

そしてステーキの後は同じ鉄板を使用してのガーリックライスが定番です。
こちらのガーリックライスは薄く伸ばして鉄板に押し付けられており、裏面がすべておこげになっているのでかなり美味しいです。
この食感がクセになりそう。
After the steak, the classic follow-up is garlic rice cooked on the same hot plate.
The rice is spread thinly and pressed onto the surface, so the entire underside becomes crispy and fragrant.
This texture could easily become addictive.

カオリ、大満足ですー。
食後のコーヒーも非常に美味しい。
お店の雰囲気、コックさんの対応、提供される食材など、すべてにプロの本物に対するコダワリが感じられて、とても好感が持てます。
I was completely satisfied.
The coffee after the meal was also excellent.
From the atmosphere and the chef’s friendly service to the ingredients used, you can feel a professional commitment to quality in every detail, which left a great impression on me.

そして耳寄り情報をひとつ。
こちらのレストランでは、お持ち帰りの出来るハンバーグの販売も行っています。
このハンバーグがまた最高に美味しいのです。
最高級の和牛を１００％使ったハンバーグですので、両面に焦げ目が付くくらいに焼いて中身はレアで頂きます。
そのお味はレストランで食べたお肉にも負けないくらい超美味。
ハンバーグだけの販売もされていますので、那須に来たらこちらでハンバーグを買うのが定番になってしまいそう･･･。

This restaurant also sells hamburg steaks that you can take home.
These hamburg steaks are absolutely superb.
They are made with 100% top-quality Wagyu; you sear both sides until browned and enjoy the inside rare.
The taste is so amazing that it rivals the meat served at the restaurant itself.
Since you can buy just the hamburg steaks, I feel like picking some up here will become a standard part of my trips to Nasu…
