ずっと以前から一度は食べてみたいと思っていた、塩原温泉にある噂の名店。
ついに訪れることが出来ました。
I had wanted to try this famous place in Shiobara Onsen for a long time.
Today I finally visited it.

お店の中には有名人の色紙がいっぱい。
「この前、ヒロシが来たんですよー」とお店の方が嬉しそうにお話されていました。
そんな素朴なお店の雰囲気もグッド。
Inside, many autographs from famous people cover the walls.
The staff happily said that a TV personality named Hiroshi visited recently.
This friendly and simple atmosphere is very nice.

じゃーん、これが噂の「スープ入焼きそば」です。
This is the famous soup yakisoba.

ふむふむ。
スープは少しスパイシーな中華スープのような味わい。
The broth tastes like a slightly spicy Chinese-style soup.

中身の麺は本当に焼きそばだー。
でも、ベタベタした感じがなくてあっさりしていて美味しいー。
ツルツルっと幾らでも食べられそう。
野菜や鶏肉も入っていて最後まで美味しく食べられます。
The noodles inside are real yakisoba noodles.
They are not greasy. They are light and tasty.
I feel that I can eat a lot of them.
Vegetables and chicken are also in the soup, so I enjoy it until the last bite.

2011年10月に店舗を移転されて、このような立派な建物になりました。
でも、お味は昔のママで、本当に美味しいのが嬉しい。

In October 2011, the restaurant moved to this new and larger building.
However, the taste stayed the same and is still very good. I am happy about that.

（カオリの注目ポイント） (Kaori's Highlights)

今は移転されて、ピカピカの大きな建物になっています。
駐車場も広くなって、駐車場所に困ることもなくなりました。
でもカオリ的には、いかにも食堂という感じの、昔の雰囲気がちょっと懐かしいかな。
感想はひとことで言うと、「今まで食べたことが無いもの」でした。
ビックリです。
でも、美味しいからまた食べたいー。
The new building is large and clean, and the parking lot is also large,
so it is easy to park now.
However, I still miss the old simple diner-style building a little.
For me, this dish was something completely new and surprising.
Because it is so delicious, I want to eat it again.
