どちらかと言うと、ちょっと太めで田舎そば風。
量も多めですが、意外とペロリと食べられてしまいます。

おそばを食べた後のそば湯が、これまた絶品でした。

水車と石臼で挽くと、機械で挽くときのように熱を持たないので、より美味しいそば粉が作れるのだそうです。
なるほど、蕎麦粉の風味が感じられるのにも納得です。
