秋と言えばサツマイモ掘りということで、ポッポ農園にやってきました。
In autumn, many people dig sweet potatoes, so I came to Poppo Farm.

受付を済ませて案内された先には、広々としたサツマイモ畑が広がっていました。
After I checked in, the staff guided me to a large sweet potato field.

早速、イモ掘り開始。
ほりほり。

美味しそうなサツマイモちゃんが出てきました～。

そして、ポッポ農園と言えば、日本一長いミニＳＬも見逃せません。
もちろん、乗車しました。
いや～、乗ってみると本当に線路が長い。
ミニＳＬとは言え、ちょっとした鉄道旅行気分が味わえました。
At Poppo Farm, you should also ride the mini steam locomotive, which is said to be the longest in Japan.
Of course I rode it.
When you ride it, you can feel how long the track is.
Even though it is a mini train, it feels like a short railway trip.

こちらのミニＳＬ、街中で見かけるミニＳＬとはスケールが違います。
日本一長いというだけあって、本当に長いです。
その距離はおよそ１２００メートル、広大な農園の外周をぐるっと回ります。
でも、料金もかなり良心的です。
風を切り走るミニＳＬ。
ガタンゴトン。
「わーい、走り始めたー、スゴイねー」
ガタンゴトン、ガタンゴトン。。
「風が気持ちいいねー」
ガタンゴトン、ガタンゴトン、ガタンゴトン。。。
「ねえ、これって、どこまで続いてるの？」

「長いねー...」
そんな楽しい会話（？）が聞こえてきそうデス。
This mini steam train is larger than the mini trains in city parks.
The track is about 1,200 meters long and circles the farm.
The ticket price is also reasonable.
When the train runs through the wind, you can hear the wheels on the track.
Many people say the ride is very fun.
They say the breeze feels good.
They are surprised that the track is so long.
Children and adults enjoy talking during the ride.
It is a simple ride, but it leaves a strong impression.
