那須に待望のガーデニングショップがオープン。
早速、訪れてみました。
A new gardening shop has opened in Nasu.
I went there quickly to see the shop.

店内には園芸用品がズラリ。
お洒落で本格的なガーデニングショップで嬉しい。
これからちょくちょく来てしまいそう。
Inside, many kinds of gardening tools and goods fill the shop.
It is a stylish, serious gardening store, and I am very happy.
I think I will visit this shop many times from now on.

お店の人に「那須の冬を越せて、手間がかからなくて、見た目もいい、そんなオススメの植物はありますか？」と聞いたところ、「それなら宿根草（しゅっこんそう）がいいでしょう」とのこと。
調べてみたところ、宿根草（しゅっこんそう）は“花が素敵で、緑が多く、手間がかからず、庭に季節を届けてくれる”というスグレもの。
幾つかチョイスしてゲットすることにしました。
I asked a staff member, “Can you recommend a plant that can live through the Nasu winter, does not need much care, and still looks nice?”
They suggested shukkon-sou, or perennial plants.
Later I read about them. Perennial plants have pretty flowers, a lot of greenery, and need little care. They also bring the change of seasons into the garden.
I chose a few plants I liked and bought them.

季節のお花ですが、寄せ植えに混ぜてみようっと。

This flower is very cute.
It is a seasonal flower, but I will put it into a container planting.
I am excited to see how it will look.

素敵な寄せ植えができそうな予感。
楽しみですぅ～。
お庭造りは面白いので、ハマる人が続出するかも。
I think I can make a very nice container garden.
I am looking forward to making it.
Making a garden is very enjoyable, so many people may start to enjoy it too.

ガーデニングショップって、素敵なモノがたくさん置いてあるので、目移りしてしまいます。
「あれも欲しいなー、これもイイなー」なんて、ついつい買いすぎてしまうことも。
那須高原は自然がいっぱいですが、お手入れされた素敵なお庭を作るのは、また違った喜びがあると思います。
カオリはちょっとお庭いじりは苦手なのですが、ガーデニングを自分で颯爽とこなしている人を見ると、ちょっと尊敬してしまいますねー。
Gardening shops have many nice items, so it is easy to look around at many things.
I often think, “I want this and that,” and I sometimes buy more than I plan.
Nasu Highland has a lot of nature, but I think making and keeping a neat private garden gives a different kind of joy.
I am not good at gardening, but when I see people working smoothly in their gardens, I respect them.
