店内は、敢えて塗り残した土壁や、少し朽ちた古民家のような趣きがあり、

森の中にある蕎麦処を訪れました。
小さな看板に導かれるように別荘地の中を車で走り、辿り着きました。
深い緑に覆われた場所で、喧騒とは無縁の世界です。
I visited this soba restaurant in the forest.
I followed a small sign through the villa area to reach it.
The place is surrounded by thick green trees and is very quiet.
店内は敢えて塗り残した土壁など、少し朽ちた古民家のような雰囲気を感じさせる、お洒落な佇まい。
Inside, the partly unfinished earthen walls make it feel like an old country house,
and the overall look is simple but stylish.
お庭も自然を生かした作りです。
でも良く見ると、完全に自然の成り行きに任せている訳ではなく、
絶妙なバランスで手入れが行き届いていることがわかります。
The garden outside also uses the natural forest well.
If you look closely, you can see it is not just left wild—
it is carefully maintained in a well-balanced way.
お通しで出していただいた卵焼きとお漬物です。
これがまた美味しい。
These are the rolled omelet and pickles served as a starter.
They taste very good.
そして心待ちのお蕎麦。
お皿の上に竹ざるが置いてあり、その上にお蕎麦が盛ってあります。
このスタイルは珍しいですが、独自の工夫が感じられます。
Then the soba I was waiting for arrived.
A bamboo tray is placed on a plate, and the soba is neatly arranged on top—
a rare style that shows the shop's original idea.
う～ん、美味しいぃ～。
のど越しも最高です。
ツルツルっと、一気に頂いてしまいました。
さり気ない佇まいの中に、思慮深いおもてなしの心が感じられる、
素敵なお蕎麦屋さんだと感じました。
The soba tastes very good.
The smooth texture is excellent, and I ate it quickly.
Behind the simple appearance, I can feel a careful sense of hospitality.
It feels like a thoughtful and well-run soba restaurant.

敢えてこの奥深い森の中にお店を作りますかと思うくらい、深い緑に包まれた場所にあります。
でも、静かな森の中で、ゆったりとした時間を感じながらお蕎麦をいただくと、
これもなかなかイイナーと思えてくるから不思議。
まさに、隠れ家のようなお蕎麦屋さんデス。
なお現在は、中学生以下の方は入店できませんので、ご注意ください。
The restaurant is deep in the forest, so you may think,
"Why build a restaurant all the way out here?"
However, eating soba while you feel the quiet and slow time in the woods
makes the place feel just right, like a hidden soba shop.
