フレッシュチーズが美味しいと評判の今牧場さんのチーズ工房を訪れました。
I visited Imamokujo cheese factory, which is known for its fresh cheese.
この日はちょうど、牛さんたちが大脱走中。
目の前をたくさんの牛さんたちが走り過ぎていきました。
On this day, many cows went out from the field.
They ran right past in front of us.
チーズ工房の中には美味しそうなチーズがいっぱい。
Inside the cheese factory, many kinds of cheese were on the shelves.
お目当てのフレッシュチーズを発見。
塩入りと塩が入っていないタイプがあり、迷ったので両方とも購入しました。
I found the fresh cheese I wanted.
There were salted and unsalted types, so I bought both.
牛さんたちも無事に捕獲されたようです。
In the end, the cows were safely caught.
早速、サラダに入れて食べてみました。
まるでモッツアレラチーズのような見た目ですが、風味はクセがなくて、とっても美味しい～。
I soon used the cheese in a salad.
It looks like mozzarella, but the taste is mild and very good.

上皇さまも２０１２年７月に今牧場へ視察に訪れられています。
チーズ工房の販売スペースの壁には、上皇さまをご案内したときの写真が、今も掛けられています。

In July 2012, the Emperor Emeritus visited Imamokujo for an inspection.
A photo from his visit is still on the wall of the shop area inside the cheese factory.
