お肉を使わない野菜料理が美味しいと評判の松おかさんにやってきました。
周辺は田んぼに囲まれた、閑静な場所にあります。
I visited Matsuoka, a restaurant known for vegetable dishes without meat.
It is in a quiet area surrounded by rice fields.

住宅の一部がお店となっていて、まるで松おかさんのお宅にお邪魔して、お食事をご馳走になるかのような雰囲気。
アットホームな温かさを感じます。
Part of the owner's house is used as the restaurant, so it feels like a meal at their home.
The warm, homely atmosphere makes guests feel relaxed.

ランチプレートをいただきました。
メインのプレートは見覚えがあると思ったら、JAGOさんの作品でした。
I ordered the lunch plate.
The main plate looked familiar, and it was a piece by JAGO.

お肉を使わない野菜料理は、とってもヘルシーで美味しい。
精進料理のように、お野菜でお肉の食感や味わいを再現していて面白いです。
The vegetable dishes without meat are healthy and tasty.
Like shojin cuisine (Buddhist vegetarian food), they use vegetables to recreate meat-like texture and flavor.

デザートに注文したチョコレートケーキ。
こちらも見た目はチョコレートですが、チョコは使われておらず、米粉を主体として作られています。
優しい味わいが楽しめます。
For dessert, I ordered the chocolate cake.
It looks like chocolate but uses no chocolate and is made mainly with rice flour.
The taste is mild and gentle.

“梅の酵素”という名前のジュースです。
梅の他に、すいかやメロンなどがミックスされていて、とっても美味しい。
加熱処理されていないので、酵素がそのまま生きているそうです。
身体にも良さそう。
This drink is called "Ume no Koso" (plum enzyme).
It includes plums, watermelon, melon, and other fruits, so it tastes very good.
Because it is not heated, the enzymes stay active.
It also seems good for your health.
